Shipping policy
Estimated delivery time
All orders include free 48 hour delivery as standard. We do offer express 24 hour shipping at an additional charge that can be chosen at the checkout.
Order Processing
All orders made before 13:00 will be processed on the same day. Orders made after the 13:00 cut off will be processed the following business day. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that delivery times may vary at peak dates such as around Christmas.
Local delivery
Unfortunately we do not offer local delivery.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping – if you do have a request, please do get in touch by emailing us at hello@tidl.life and we can see if we can help.
Checking the status of your order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@tidl.life with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@tidl.life with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition and we will get back to you within 24 hours. For further information on returns please see our returns policy.
